I work as a Groomer at Petco in Mt. Pleasant, sometime during the day today while I was at work my 10x10x6 kennel was opened and my 3 - 13 week old German shorthaired pointer pups are missing. THE KENNEL HAD TO BE UNLATCHED. A kid could have come and let them out to play and been unable to catch them, but I am distraught. These puppies are registered, have all vacc up to date, and are on HW meds.

"Bella" - white and liver female with a liver head and a white blaze.

"Browning" - white and liver male with a solid liver head and a small milk mustasche white spot on his lip.

"Citori" - liver roan female. DARK ticked. She is the smallest, my 'runt' and is very shy as her two bigger siblings are more dominant.

I have baby and litter pics of these pups, but I am desperate to get them back. My puppies and dogs are my life, and I would truly love to get them home ASAP.

Fats needs a new home. She is declawed...a wonderful girl who purrs and gives affection and fun. She will bring you great joy. Fats needs to be an only cat in the house. She is being attacked by my other cats with claws, and also she is free feeding herself and getting bigger by the minute.
Fats should be rationed her food, and slowly slimmed down. She wants a warm indoor sunny spot, so she can roll over and get a belly rub.

First of all, thanks to all of you who responded to my long, semi-meltdown of a post about our little yorkie girl. After reading all of your emails, it is clear to me that I should listen to what everyone else (family, friends, the vet!) have told me and begin crate training her asap. I'm going to buy her crate TODAY.

Being that my husband and I work, both on opposite sides of town from home, it's not possible for us to get home during the day. I need someone to come to our home once a day and take her out, whether just to play in our back yard for 10-15 minutes or on a walk through the neighborhood. Aside from the obvious she is the sweetest thing you'll ever meet, you're doomed to fall in love. I can't imagine how much someone would charge but if you are interested or know of someone, please let me know. At my wits end with this puppy (Charleston)

Hi...I am about to come unglued. We have a 7 month old yorkie. Sweet as can be, lovey and playful. She quickly learned to sit, lay down, shake and *almost* stay~ we're still working on that. She's a typical puppy, very energetic, eager to learn. HOWEVER, we have been working with her for months and she is still not housebroken. Here's her typical day and please understand that I do not crate her because in my opinion we are simply gone too long during the day to leave her in such a small space, much less expect her to "hold it". At this point though, I'm open to opinions on that. While we work, (I leave before betwen 7-8am) we babygate a hallway that connects to a bathroom where she has her food/water, her comfy bed, plenty of toys and a radio on close by. We keep a training pad down but she prefers to pee beside it, go figure. And if she poops during the day, she is surely eating it because there's never poop when we get home. Ugh. Anyway, my husband gets home by 4 and takes her out. Spends 10-15 minutes with her outside and sometimes she goes right away, other times she's just too excited so he will leave her out for a bit by herself. So she barks and barks and barks until he lets her in and usually within minutes of being back inside she eliminates somewhere in the house. Carpet, tile, whatever~ she has no preference. Sometimes she'll stare right at us and poop wherever she is. We scold her and put her back out, if its poop I even take IT outside and throw it in a far area of the yard so that *maybe* it'll click that OH, THAT'S where I'm supposed to go! One would think.. Her first and last trips out for the day are a given, she does her business and we praise her big time. I feel like she's pretty smart but WHY doe she not GET IT already??? It's to the point where I'm getting resentful because my house is a biggole toilet and at times I'm regretful that we even got her. I don't want to get rid of her, my conscience would be a wreck if we just gave up on her but OMG, I'm going nuts! And I cannot afford to spend hundreds of dollars on a trainer, that's not an option right now. I've raised only one other dog and I remember that just as I was on the verge of hating him as a puppy (for totally different reasons) he turned around and was the best companion we could have asked for. Maybe there's hope? The persistent barking when we leave her alone is a whole separate issue... if I can get past this, thats my next feat. SO, suggestions and thoughts are welcome! They have a HUGE outdoor area with wading pools, soccer/basket balls and a tennis ball machine and the dogs have indoor/outdoor access to this area 10 hours each and every day (including holidays and weekends). There is also a separate outdoor area for the small dogs. It was such a change from where I used to go. My two dogs had so much fun they didn't want to leave. We have been using the same exact kennels and crates for several years at home and for dog shows. My 12-year old granddaughter is selling these crates to try and earn money to help pay for her dog shows. She shows two shelties and is doing very well, but it is costly. I don't think she is asking an exorbitant amount. Shipping and handling for purchasing one crate can cost individuals a good bit.
